Your Service Visit
- Pull into the Parking Lot - you'll turn at the big Lighthouse (it's in the middle of Morton, a town amongst cornfields. It will be the only Lighthouse for many miles!)
- Look for the "Certified Service" sign - you'll see it almost straight ahead when you pull in.
- Pull into the service lane - our team will open the big garage door for you to drive your vehicle into. Pull as far up in the lane as you can.
- Check In - Our greeter team will come to your vehicle and greet you. They'll get you in touch with your service advisor.
- Vehicle Walk Around - Your service advisor will greet you, walk around your vehicle with you, and talk through the expected maintenance for today's appointment.
- Let Us Get To Work - we'll work on your vehicle. During this time, you will receive updates and maybe even a video of your vehicle in the shop! Your service advisor will be in touch as updates are available and when your vehicle is ready to for pickup.
- Vehicle Pick Up - Your repair is finished and your service advisor will go over maintenance completed, go over payment, and wave farewell.
